In May 2024 the UK's High Court ruled that the government's recent anti-protest measures are unlawful. Yet a lot of heated debate has focused on the tactics of a few protesters rather than on our prosecution policies. And it is no secret that fossil fuel companies are buying influence in many countries including Britain. Few of us really doubt the science behind Climate Change so whatever you think about the protesters
