Wu wei
(see opposite term rigour, shamanism and other keywords)
A Chinese word
- Wu wei (无为) refers to the traditional Chinese (無為) concept of "effortless action".
- Deriving from theories of governance and Taoism it also denotes a state of personal harmony and free-flowing spontaneity.
- It therefore also implies the ability to be in touch with what is happening in order to ensure synchronicity with them.
