Notes for an Induction Course
This page consists of notes for preparing learners to work in co-creative learning teams. Most teams have externally assigned missions and/or goals that define how they work. However, the primary purpose of a co-creative learning team is to survive, thrive and to learn. (If it also generates useful outcomes for others this would be a welcome bonus.) Each team should be a safe space for playful co-inquiry and innovation. Co-creativity seldom results from pressure or coercion, so teams ar likely to be holocratic. This means achieving and maintaining a state of leaderless co-creativity.
